I have improved.

I have learned many lessons from my mistakes.
The only way to go is up.
Remember these when comparing your art. Maybe you're looking at old art, maybe you're looking at your favorite artist's work. Just remember that what you have accomplished is great and where you've come from is amazing. Your best is enough. You tried your hardest and that's what matters.
Sometimes I need to sit back and remember that sometimes it's not the destination that matters, but how you got there.
Enjoy making art. Enjoy being creative. Don't look at your work as if you were ashamed of it. be proud. You put time and energy into what you made. Love it like it's a child. It IS your child. There's no need to compare it. You made it and it's beautiful. That's all that matters.
Sometimes you need to go back and look at your old art. Don't get upset, just laugh about it. Laugh, because you've improved and what were you thinking when you drew that? Who cares. You liked it then like you should like your art now.

CAN I JUst say that I got to talk to the amazingly wonderful fawnbun and OH MY LORd she is Queen ;u;
Something I noticed before was that some of the more popular deviants/artists are kinda stuck up and snooty. (Not Zombutts, though, she's amazing and so nice and ahh ;u; <3).
It's almost... weird to see fellow artists being rude/disrespectful just because of their talents/skill level in art.
Who ever said that it was a "kill or be killed" kind of Art community? It's not, nor should it ever be.
All artists should be accepted for anything they create. In my eyes, as long as you pour your heart out into a piece, it's already amazing.
Let us all not forget that art is a way to channel our emotions, to make art rather than to cause destruction. Art is to better ourselves and the community!I know that we can all be better than those who put less-popular artists down.
Zombutts is a prime example of a great person who is nice to everyone she talks to~She is patient and kind and an angel i stg //cries ;u;
Coming from an extremely unpopular artist's point of view, artists or even people like her in general restore my faith in humanity.
